Shipping & Returns
As part of our commitment to you the customer, Reeds.ie uses recognised couriers to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of all orders. We will generally ship orders the same day when time allows and aim for delivery within two working days. Deliveries are made during business hours only and most shipments will require a signature to ensure the safe delivery. When the courier is unable to get a signature from the shipping address a calling card may be left for the recipient to agree a new delivery time or an alternative location.
In general, courier companies deliver the next working day after pick-up. However there can be slight delays on their part (van breakdowns etc..) and although rare, delays do happen and they are just as frustrating to us as they are to you. If you haven't received your order within two working days after shipping then it's a good idea to contact us.
If you wish to be assured of delivery details or time, or have any other shipping queries or requests then please contact us before placing an order.
We ship to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For overseas shipments please contact us.
Free delivery is provided for orders which total €80 or greater. This option will become available in your basket when this total is reached or passed.
We are more than happy to accept returns once you return the goods to us in a resalable condition. Please take good care when packaging the items. Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance do not hesitate to contact us. If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery please do not sign for the order. If you discover a damaged product after opening the packaging please contact us and we will assist you in rectifying your order.
